Our expertise spans across all aspects of oil and gas resource matters which include the preparation and review of Production Sharing Contracts, Joint Venture Agreements, Joint Operating Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, production assets acquisition and concession licensing. The firm represents major players in the Nigerian energy sector and liaises with multinational investors to help structure investment transactions and formalize arrangements with the local partners.

The team also provides advice and dispute resolution representation to multinational and indigenous exploration and production companies as well as oil service companies. We also assist clients in the procurement of approvals, licenses, permits and consents in line with the applicable statutory/regulatory requirements.

The team routinely advises clients on the legal issues encountered in raising financing for the oil and gas and energy projects.
